This Exchange & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Lucky Pizza Online Store (www.pizzasrelated.com), operated by Bit Lucky Pizza LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless required by mandatory consumer laws in your country (e.g., European Union statutory rights).

2. Eligibility Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging, including all accessories, instruction manuals, and protective materials.

  • The item shows no signs of installation, assembly, or baking use (e.g., dough residue, heat marks, scratches from metal utensils).

  • The item is not a non-returnable product as listed in Section 8 below.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not satisfy these conditions. If a returned item is found to be used or damaged by the customer, we will contact you and offer to ship it back at your expense, or dispose of it with no refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at best@pizzasrelated.com within the 30-day period. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The product name(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for return (e.g., wrong size, defective, changed mind)

  • For exchange: specify the desired replacement product (must be of equal or lesser value; any price difference will be handled as described in Section 5)

Step 2: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Do not send any item back before receiving an RMA number; unapproved returns may be refused.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For EU customers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. During this 14-day withdrawal period, you are only responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods (unless we offered free returns). Our 30-day policy extends this right but does not override statutory return shipping obligations.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund amount includes:

  • Full product price (excluding any shipping fees you paid for the original delivery, unless the return was due to our error)

  • Any taxes collected at checkout (e.g., VAT) – but not customs duties paid upon import, as those are handled by your local customs authority

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Item is returned with missing accessories or non-original packaging (up to 30% deduction)

  • Item shows minor signs of use that are not excessive (up to 50% deduction, at our discretion)

Non-refundable items as described in Section 8 will not receive any refund.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days; PayPal refunds are usually instant.

6. Exchanges

We only exchange items for the same product (different size or color if available) or a different product of equal value. To exchange for a higher-priced item, you must pay the difference; for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference after the exchange is processed.

Exchange shipping: We will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost for shipping if the exchange is due to our error (defective or wrong item). For customer-initiated exchanges (e.g., changed mind), you pay return shipping for the original item and we pay to ship the replacement to you.

7. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged (e.g., cracked baking stone, dented pizza pan, non-functioning oven) or is defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at best@pizzasrelated.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or a short video clearly showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description

We will respond within 1 business day and offer one of the following options:

  • Full refund (including original shipping costs)

  • Free replacement (we will ship a new item at no cost, with expedited shipping if available)

  • Partial refund if you wish to keep the damaged item (e.g., cosmetic damage only)

Failure to report damage within 7 days may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier, but we will still consider the request on a case-by-case basis.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pizza dough mixes, food ingredients) – we do not sell these currently, but this clause is included for future product expansion.

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items (e.g., oven mitts, food brushes) if the seal is broken or the item has been used. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used oven mitts, pastry brushes, or similar.

  • Clearance or final sale items – any product marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

  • Downloadable software or digital baking guides – if we offer any digital products in the future.

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved pizza peel) – unless defective.

  • Open-box ovens that have been plugged in or used.

If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (For Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you receive the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items listed in Section 8 (non-returnable). To exercise this right, you must send us a clear statement (email to best@pizzasrelated.com) before the 14-day period expires. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Our 30-day return policy is more generous than the mandatory 14-day cooling-off period, but it does not replace your statutory rights. In case of any conflict, your statutory rights prevail.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after we approved it:

  • First, check your bank account or PayPal transaction history.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing delays may occur.

  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received the refund, please contact us at best@pizzasrelated.com.

For EU customers, we also accept returns at this same address. Please note that international return shipping from the EU to the US may be costly. If you are in the EU and need a more economical return option, contact us – we may be able to provide a local EU return address (subject to availability; please inquire before shipping).
