Welcome to Lucky Pizza Online Store. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.pizzasrelated.com (the “Site”) operated by Bit Lucky Pizza LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR (Euro). Prices exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Typographical Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities available for purchase. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a backorder, or a refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Payment verification failure

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

Order confirmation emails are automated acknowledgments and do not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s) and send a shipping confirmation email. We may cancel any order before dispatch and provide a full refund.

  • Delivery estimates vary by region (3-20 business days).

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Exchange & Return Policy governs all product returns. You have 30 calendar days from receipt to request a return, subject to conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.). For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

In addition to other prohibitions in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

Arbitration (for non-EU customers): Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
