This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Lucky Pizza Online Store (www.pizzasrelated.com), operated by Bit Lucky Pizza LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central European Time (CET) will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination. The following are estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Please note that these are estimates provided by our carriers. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

3. Carriers

We use a combination of reliable carriers depending on the destination and package size, including but not limited to:

  • DHL Express

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • La Poste (for France)

  • Deutsche Post DHL (for Germany)

  • Local postal services (e.g., Royal Mail, PostNL, Correos)

For European orders, we primarily use DHL and local postal partners to ensure efficient delivery.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For orders shipped within the European Union: No additional customs duties or import taxes apply. Value Added Tax (VAT) is collected at checkout based on your country’s applicable rate.

  • For international orders (outside the EU): You may be required to pay import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. Lucky Pizza Online Store is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees before placing an order.

All prices displayed on our website are in EUR (Euro). Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees; those are your responsibility.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost in transit: If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at best@pizzasrelated.com. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement at your choice.

  • Stolen after delivery: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.

  • Delayed packages: We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather events. However, we will assist you in communicating with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply. If you cancel the order instead of re-shipping, we will refund the product price minus the original shipping cost (non-refundable).

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is marked as “undeliverable” by the carrier (e.g., refused at delivery, unclaimed at local post office, or address not found), it will be returned to our warehouse. We will notify you via email. You may choose to:

  • Request a refund (product price only, original shipping costs are not refundable)

  • Have the order re-shipped (additional shipping fees apply)

If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we reserve the right to discard the products with no refund.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping options. Standard shipping may accept P.O. Boxes via local postal services, but delivery times may be longer.

  • Some products (e.g., large ovens) may have weight or size restrictions for certain carriers. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative or cancel the order for a full refund.

  • We currently do not ship to the following countries due to carrier limitations or local regulations: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine (except major cities), North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba. This list may change without notice.

10. Shipping Insurance

We automatically insure all orders against loss or damage during transit up to the full value of the products. No additional fee is charged to you. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Exchange & Return Policy for instructions.
